The publication titled “Benchmarking and Objective Selection of Technologies for Housing in India Using Quality Function Deployment” explores the use of a quality management methodology, i.e. Quality Function Deployment, to analyse the critical factors affecting technologies for construction of mass housing. An objective framework for analysing these technologies, and comparing them with industry benchmarks form the highlights of the paper.
