The veterinary hospital at Gurugram, is our second project for a Japanese client, and takes off from the learnings from the Veterinary Clinic. Space planning to suit a Indo-Japanese fusion way of working, negotiating with the tight constraints of land and its rentals, allowing for maximum natural light to penetrate into the interiors, adopting a mix of vernacular and modern construction techniques, and incorporating state-of-the-art MEP systems form the key concepts for the building design.
