Builder floors, the upcoming residential building typology has touched the urban fabric of Delhi-NCR, and presented us with an opportunity to explore design which aims at efficiency, aesthetic, use of modern materials, provision of amenities and that too within the framework of the bye-laws set by the urban authorities. In our builder floor project in West Delhi, contemporary approach was adopted to enable efficient spaces catering to the needs of daily life, and bring in opulence within budget through strategic use of design elements and materials.
