The apartment block in New Delhi follows the new typology set by the Master Plan of Delhi-2021 to create 6 lavish apartments in a well day-lit and ventilated building. Designed in a style which is a fusion of contemporary and Indo-Saracenic architecture, the apartment block is designed to cater to the aesthetic tastes of both Indian tenants as well as foreign nationals working in various embassies in the vicinity.
